Most people will seek help because they want to change something about their lives. Psychotherapy and mental health counseling aims to help you overcome issues that are causing discomfort or pain. It provides a safe and regular space for you to talk about difficult thoughts and feelings and explore how you can enhance your life. I am here to support you and I will respect your views.

Through this process, you may find your own insights and develop different perceptions of your problems. You may explore alternative ways of coping with life’s challenges and develop new responses to old issues. You may also find it a useful tool to help untangle the messages that are no longer serving you, understand your own values and find a balance between acceptance and change.

I believe that whatever is holding you back from living your life on your terms with meaning, inner peace and self-compassion is worth having a conversation about.

I offer a free 15 minute consultation to help give you a chance to see if you feel comfortable with me and the way that I work. You can ask questions and together we can decide what is best for you. There is no obligation or commitment to schedule any further sessions.
